(RightWing.org) – The final clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution grants Americans “the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances” and forbids Congress from making any laws that might abridge them.
However, contrary to what the Liberal elites have taught the masses over the past six or seven decades, those protections do not extend to the actions of private individuals or corporations. All nine justices of the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) expressed this point of view in the 2019 case Manhattan Community Access Corp. v. Halleck.

Israel’s fight against Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis, and the Islamic Republic of Iran continues after the first named hoard of terrorists poured over the border from Gaza in a rampage of murder, rape, and kidnapping against unarmed civilians on October 7, 2023. The Left has launched a campaign of virulent anti-Semitism that has spread across college campuses and into workplaces throughout the country.
In an April 18 message to employees, Sundar Pichai, CEO of Google and its parent company Alphabet (typically seen as bastions of all things Woke), drew a line in the sand advising the “Googlers” that when they are on the clock the need to adopt a “mission first” mentality. Although it may seem mind-boggling to most responsible adults, he had to spell out to those whom his company pays that “ultimately, we are a workplace,” and it is not acceptable to:
- Interfere with other’s work duties or cause them to feel threatened.
- Turn the organization into “a personal platform.”
- Use company time to argue politics and current events.
When some elected not to heed Pichai’s warning and decided to test his resolve, they found themselves suddenly unemployed (as of late morning Eastern time on April 25, their numbers had topped 50). Many of them have banded with a Left activist group that calls itself “No Tech for Apartheid” which their webpage claims is supported by such radical elements as Democratic Socialist of America BDS [Boycott Divest Sanction], the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), and ReThinking Foreign Policy (an organization invented by Leftist pundit Mitchell Plinick who the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) notes seems to take joy in demonizing Israel).
In a message posted on Medium, those who found themselves unceremoniously kicked to the curb called their termination as Google employees “an aggressive and desperate act of retaliation” and, in true Socialist/Communist revolution-speak, said it was a blatant move to “quash dissent, silence its workers, and reassert its power over them.” This might be the reaping of what the people of this ilk have sown through their indoctrination techniques as the dominating force in the American education system.
