Ex-WH Doctor Sounds Alarm on Biden’s Cognition

(RightWing.org) – Many have had to deal with watching a beloved parent or grandparent decline with age and struggle with memory loss that can lead to an altered sense of reality. As devastating as that is, the idea of the most powerful man in the world who has control of the nuclear weapons arsenal of the United States in that scenario is infinitely more frightening — especially with war in Eastern Europe and the Middle East and the People’s Republic of China (PRC/mainland) seemingly ready to invade the Republic of China (ROC/Taiwan) at a moment’s notice.

Alarm Bells

Representative Dr. Ronny Jackson, MD (R-TX) spoke with Fox News Digital about his reaction to an article in The Wall Street Journal which claims that insiders have concerns about President Joe Biden’s mental acuity. The one-time Rear Admiral in the United States Navy served as a White House doctor under Presidents George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Donald Trump explained why he has repeatedly asked for the octogenarian to undergo cognitive tests.

Dr. Jackson has written five letters to the White House on the topic and was joined by more than 80 other representatives on the fifth one, which was dated February 15, 2024 — all of which were met with stonewalled silence. In his interview with Fox, he called this a matter of “national security” and outlined some of the issues that led them to make this claim.

The letter recounts numerous incidences of Biden getting world leaders and the countries that they serve mixed up, including an episode where he confused French President Emmanuel Macron with the late François Mitterrand who died nearly three decades earlier.

The group also claimed that POTUS’s “obvious mental decline” has caused Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping to feel increasingly emboldened to flex their military muscles.

Another aspect of Dr. Jackson’s concerns is based on the report of Department of Justice (DOJ) Special Counsel Robert Hur after two October 2023 interviews with Biden regarding top-secret documents he allegedly mishandled. The actual audio of them is being kept away from Congress and the public by the administration. That document says that the president could not recall the dates when he was in office as vice president or “remember, even within several years when his son Beau died.”

Hur declined to prosecute because he believed that Biden is “someone for whom many jurors will want to search for reasonable doubt” when it comes to finding if he was able to form the intent to commit a felony.

The report also notes that the by-then former President would make sure to “present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory” which whether true or false would likely cause many on the panel to feel a deep sense of sympathy for him.

If one were inclined to doubt Biden’s ability to evoke sympathy, all they need to do is watch the video of him at a D-Day memorial service. It would take a very hardhearted person to not feel some urge to put a chair under him before he landed on his backside.
