White House SMOKING GUN Found – Memos Released!
(RightWing.org) – Since the FBI raided former President Donald Trump’s home on August 8, there’s been a lot of speculation that the operation was politically motivated. The Biden administration has denied any prior knowledge of it, claiming it’s a straightforward investigation. Now, a news site is claiming that this isn’t true.
.@AlanDersh explains how the “get Trump movement” has abandoned sacrosanct constitutional principles like executive privilege to “get Trump” at any cost.

According to Just The News, the administration has been deeply involved in the Trump investigation from the beginning. The site claims that the White House actually helped initiate it, along with the Justice Department. Its involvement goes back to April when Trump voluntarily sent 15 boxes of documents to the National Archives. A month later, White House Deputy Counsel Jonathan Su told the Archives that Biden would not stand in the way if the National Archives director decided not to recognize Trump’s executive privilege claim.
Waiving Trump’s executive privilege is a key step in the lead-up to the raid. Just The News says this decision is what allowed the DOJ to subpoena Trump into turning over any remaining documents.
Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) said the implications of a president being able to strike down his predecessor’s privilege are “amazing news” that would have serious implications. Lawyer Alan Dershowitz — a well-known liberal — warned that future presidents will be afraid to discuss anything in private if they know “the man who beat him can and will disclose it.” In its obsession with investigating Trump, the Biden White House may have done lasting damage to our system of government.
