White House Claims It Has A Secret “Plan” For America

(RightWing.org) – Out of control inflation is hammering ordinary Americans, and so far, the Biden administration hasn’t seemed to have the slightest idea how to deal with it. Now, the White House says it has a plan to fix the economy. Unfortunately it appears President Joe Biden is in denial about the scale of the problem.

Talking to reporters on July 7, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre tried to convince the country that we’re not actually in the middle of an economic crisis. Asked about inflation and the fact 88% of Americans think the country is heading in the wrong direction, Jean-Pierre tried to deflect onto Russian President Vladimir Putin, calling runaway gas prices “Putin’s tax hike.” Then, incredibly, she tried to claim that “we are stronger economically than we have been in history,” citing low unemployment figures as evidence.

The reality is that unemployment is low, but working Americans are still suffering badly from rising prices. Inflation has wiped out recent pay rises and started eating into people’s disposable income, and there’s no end in sight. The administration is still pursuing a radical green agenda that’s helping to push up gas prices, and pushing ahead with massive spending plans that will push up all prices. Jean-Pierre says Biden has a plan to bring things under control, but right now there’s no evidence of that.
