Seemingly more politicians than ever before have dropped their seats in Congress during 2019. Many Republicans have dropped out due to family and health matters or to seek positions of power elsewhere. In the case of DNC candidate Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI), she’s apparently planning on exiting politics altogether.

The combat veteran publicly stated that she won’t be attempting to run for her current House seat in 2020. Her efforts remain fixed on the DNC nomination. Meanwhile, Sen. Kai Kahele (D-HI) is running to take her House seat in 2020.
Of course, Gabbard’s chances of winning the Democrat nomination, let alone the race for the White House, (her polling rates are consistently less than 1%) are anemic at best. his is Gabbard’s lust big hurrah before vanishing from the political sphere.
Yes, it’s odd that a DNC candidate would consider dropping out of politics completely, but that’s the reality of this announcement, this is Gabbard’s lust big hurrah before vanishing from the political sphere. In short, Tulsi’s run as a presidential candidate is for nothing more than fame and glory. Keep an eye out for her sure-to-come phony book deal in the near future.
