Trump Sets Review Date for Emergency Protocol

(RightWing.org) – President Trump hinted Sunday that his administration might review the steps it’s taking to combat the coronavirus after 15 days. In a tweet, dramatically written in all caps, he warned that the cure could be harmful too.

All levels of government have been introducing drastic restrictions on liberty in an effort to slow the spread of the disease. Bars and restaurants are closing across the nation; in many cities only essential stores are open. Tens of millions of people are working from home or not at all. Economists are predicting massive damage from what’s already been done – and it will get even worse if the shutdown lasts more than a couple of weeks.

The president is referring to his “15 Days to Slow the Spread” campaign launched March 16, which means the 15 days would be up on March 31.

TEST

The president is working hard to get financial support to workers and businesses, despite Democrat obstructionism. Now it’s clear he also plans to bring things back to normal as soon as he can.
