(RightWing.org) – President Donald Trump warned rioters that they better cut it out when he saw American businesses destroyed. They ignored him and continued their criminal behavior. On Monday, he finally let everyone know that he’s had enough.
The president stood in the Rose Garden on June 1, looking every bit the leader he is. Trump told reporters that he wants justice for the family of George Floyd, the man killed by a now-fired police officer on May 25 in Minneapolis. He promised that his administration would do everything they could to make sure that happened. However, he is not going to let Americans suffer at the hands of rioters.
In no uncertain terms, President Trump told governors if they didn’t stop the violence in the cities they’re supposed to govern, he’d call on the US military and do it for them.

As the president was speaking, military police and civilian police showed protestors that he meant business and cleared Lafayette Square. The commander-in-chief then walked through the park to St. John’s Episcopal Church.

President Trump is doing what governors should have done right away. Americans are already suffering from the economic devastation left by the COVID-19 pandemic. The last thing they need is criminals destroying what’s left of their businesses.
