(RightWing.org) – If the COVID-19 pandemic has shown us anything, it’s that certain aspects of America needed improvement. While President Donald Trump has made a great many changes, like making the US more self-reliant with medical supply production, there’s still more to be done. When speaking during a press conference on May 6, Trump noted how Obama’s Affordable Care Act (ACA) is inadequate at providing proper health coverage during this crisis.

“We want to terminate health care under Obamacare,” Trump said while stating that a better health care plan is in the works. The ACA was Obama’s crown jewel piece of legislation. It was the highlight of his eight years in the White House. As Trump points out, it’s been a disaster, and America deserves better. While the exact details of the administration’s new health plan are still in the works, it’s good to know President Trump has is eyes on correcting the failed healthcare plan leftover from the previous administration.
