(RightWing.org) – The Democratic-led attacks of the last four years on President Donald Trump seem to have reached a fevered pitch in recent days. Curiously, with the Senate split 50/50 and with Democrats holding their smallest margin in the House in nearly 80 years, they lack anything resembling a mandate from the people.
Yet, on January 8, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) sent a letter to members of her caucus discussing efforts to have Vice President Mike Pence remove the president from office by invoking the provision of the 25th Amendment.

She also wrote that she contacted Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Mark Milley to attempt to block Trump’s access to nuclear codes and his ability to initiate military activities.
However, Pentagon officials told reporters that President Trump remains the commander in chief. As such, the US military is bound to obey his lawful orders. Any other action would amount to a military coup, they added.
Sadly, this is merely the latest effort by Democrats to divert time and attention away from their weakened position. However, if history repeats itself, they could lose both the House and Senate in the 2020 midterm elections.
