(RightWing.org) – A major American corporation has just announced a racist hiring policy, but don’t expect the Democrats to protest about it anytime soon. That’s because the victims are everyone’s favorite whipping boys – White men.
On February 20, a press release from McDonald’s revealed that the company plans to use “quantitative human capital management-related metrics” when it calculates executive bonuses. That’s a nicely meaningless piece of jargon, but when you look at the details, the message to McDonald’s execs is clear – hire fewer White men.

McDonald’s says executives will now be graded on how many members of “underrepresented groups” they move into leadership positions, effectively setting racial quotas. This is positive discrimination, a discredited form of prejudice that undervalues minorities by telling them they can only get hired to meet a quota, and directly attacks White men. But you can bet there won’t be any complaints from the Biden administration.
