Lien Placed on Hunter Biden for Failure to Pay Taxes - Officials Dropped the Lien 6 Days Later as “Paid” Even Though Hunter Admits He’s Broke

( – Just months before the 2020 presidential election, Joe Biden’s son has been caught in yet ANOTHER scandal.

New sources have just confirmed that in July, the government officially placed a $450,000 lien on Hunter Biden for failure to pay taxes in the years 2017 and 2018. Not only that, but 6 days after the lien was placed, it was dropped and Hunter’s debts were marked as “paid” in spite of the fact that Hunter has recently admitted he’s broke.

Government Places Lien On Hunter Biden

Hunter Biden, the younger son of Democrat presidential hopeful Joe Biden, has already attracted controversy for his business dealings in Ukraine. Now, there are questions about his tax affairs back here in the US.

In July, the District of Columbia filed a lien on Biden for close to half a million dollars in unpaid state income taxes. The lien covered his tax bills for 2017 and 2018, which between them, totaled $453,890.

This isn’t the first time the Biden family has had to be chased for taxes, either. Hunter’s first known tax lien was for $112,805. It was filed in 2018 and paid off this March. His uncle James – Joe’s brother – has had at least five liens filed against him in the last 25 years, including one for over $500,000 in 2015. Another brother, Frank, has been the target of at least three liens. It seems Joe Biden is fine with raising taxes but his own family isn’t in any rush to pay them.

Hunter Biden has other financial problems, too. Last year, Arkansas stripper Lunden Alexis Roberts sued him for child support for her baby; Biden denied paternity at first, but admitted it when faced with a court-ordered paternity test. He then filed to say he had serious debts and couldn’t pay – despite having been earning $50,000 a month from a Ukrainian oil company until last May.

Hunter’s Debts Mysteriously Marked “Paid”

There’s a twist in the tale, though. The latest lien against Hunter Biden was filed on July 9 – then released only 6 days later. The office of DC’s Chief Financial Officer said the tax issue was “resolved,” which means it’s either been paid in full or a payment plan has been agreed. But Hunter Biden’s refusing to pay child support because he has no money, so how did he manage to pay off more than $450,000 in back taxes?

Even the timescale is suspicious. Tax experts say a lien like this usually takes months or even years to release, so how did the son of a senior Democrat politician manage to get his released in less than a week? Tax debt expert Harvey Bezozi says “Six days had to be some kind of expeditious process.” The whole affair raises a lot of questions about the Biden family’s finances.
