In another small, but immoral, victory for the ACLU, a Georgia abortion ban has recently been overturned.
BREAKING: We just blocked Georgia's abortion ban.
Abortion is still legal in all 50 states.
We won't stop fighting until all efforts to block access are defeated.

Gov. Brian Kemp (R-GA) signed a Heartbeat Bill in May 2019, joining other states in an attempt to overturn Roe v. Wade and save innocent lives. The Georgia bill was set to go into effect on Jan 1, 2020. Ever since anti-abortion legislation started sweeping across the nation, the ACLU has massively ramped up their propaganda networks to take overturn bills protecting innocent life.
According to Sean J. Young, an ACLU official in Georgia, “This case has always been about one thing: letting her decide. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but every woman is entitled to her own decision.”
Currently, Georgia legislation makes abortion exceptions in the case of rape and incest if the woman files a police report. Additionally, if the fetus isn’t viable or if the mother’s health is at risk, then abortion is permitted.
