Kim Jong Un's Sister Claims No COVID Cases In North Korea

( – As an emerging nuclear power, there’s little doubt North Korea poses a threat to American security at home and abroad. The United States has turned to diplomatic solutions to deal with it since the end of the Korean War. However, North Korea’s demonstrated ability to lie about almost anything has thwarted those efforts, making a diplomatic alliance challenging to achieve.

For example, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un’s sister, Kim Yo-jong, recently insisted the country was coronavirus-free. That declaration led to some saber-rattling between her and South Korea’s foreign minister Kang Kyung-wha, as reported by The Daily Mail on December 9.

President Donald Trump has used a different approach to dealing with North Korea, frequently taking to Twitter to remind its dictator of American military might and his willingness to use it if necessary. You probably remember his “rocket man tweet” from 2017 and other memorable posts.

Sadly, Democratic presidential hopeful Joe Biden has a proven history of coddling dictators during his time in the Senate and the Obama administration.
