(RightWing.org) – Republican members of two key House committees are pushing for congressional investigations into what went wrong with this month’s presidential election. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and James Comer (R-KY), ranking members of the Judiciary and Oversight committees, respectively, wrote to their committee chairs on Wednesday, November 17. They demanded an immediate probe into allegations of “errors and misconduct” that are calling the election’s integrity into question.

Jordan and Comer turned up the heat on Judiciary Committee chair Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) and his counterpart at Judiciary, Carolyn Maloney (D-NY), reminding them that Democrats spent four years making fake allegations about Russian collusion in the 2016 election. They wrote, “you owe it to all Americans to fully examine allegations of actual election errors and misconduct.”
In September, Jordan and Comer warned a surge of last-minute changes to election law risked a flood of fraud and errors on November 3 – and the evidence shows that they were right. Now it’s up to Nadler and Maloney to put country before party and do something about it.
