(RightWing.org) – During the Democratic primary in 2019, Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) repeatedly attacked Joe Biden on his record. She went after him for his support of two segregationist senators and his opposition to school busing to desegregate schools in the 1970s. The senator also said she believed some of the women who claimed the former vice president made them uncomfortable.
Now Harris is flipping her script.
During an interview on August 23, ABC anchor Robin Roberts asked Harris about her previous comments about Biden’s opposition to busing. The California senator said she wants the former vice president to win in November and bringing up her past comments is “a distraction” from their goal.
Kamala Harris says it’s a ‘distraction’ to ask about the time she suggested Joe Biden is a big racist.https://t.co/26RJliZn3y

So, Biden’s record is a “distraction” now, but it wasn’t when Harris thought she could use it to her advantage. Are the women who accused him of sexual harassment a “distraction” too, or do they still get the benefit of a doubt? It’s almost like the senator doesn’t actually care about issues unless they benefit her politically.
