(RightWing.org) – Former vice president Joe Biden is jumping the gun by trying to put together an administration before the outcome of the election is decided – but he might have an even bigger problem than over-enthusiasm. House Democrats, with their majority cut to an uncomfortably slim margin by GOP gains, are coming under pressure from their leadership to turn down cabinet positions if Biden becomes president.
SCOOP: Concerned by their shrinking House majority, Speaker Pelosi and Steny Hoyer have been warning Democratic lawmakers not to accept key posts with the Biden administration.

If any Dem Representatives take up a cabinet job they’ll have to resign their House seat – and the party doesn’t seem confident of winning the elections that would follow. The House Democratic Caucus held a meeting last week and the topic of cabinet posts came up; according to a leak, a member of the leadership replied, “It’s not helpful to talk about that.”
According to Democrat insiders, the pressure is coming from two people – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and House majority leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD). These two are both on the left of the party, and it seems they’re worried about pushing through a radical agenda with their majority so small – and likely to shrink further.
