(RightWing.org) – Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is busy telling the world that a Biden presidency would unite the country – but the House speaker can’t even unite her own party. A “family meeting” for House Democrats degenerated into angry squabbles Thursday, Nov. 5. Moderates slammed the party’s far-left, saying they’d pushed too far and alienated many voters.

Abigail Spanberger (D-CA) blasted liberals who jumped on the “defund the police” bandwagon, calling the campaign a failure. She went on, “We need to not ever use the word ‘socialist’ or ‘socialism’ ever again… We lost good members because of that.” Marc Veasey (D-TX) echoed her message, saying the GOP had turned the anti-cop message into a powerful campaign tool.
Pelosi denied that the party’s strategy had failed, saying “We won the House.” What she glossed over was that the Dem majority in the House has shrunk, and the widely predicted Biden landslide just didn’t happen.
