Ted Cruz Lists Times Democrats Have Challenged Election Results
(RightWing.org) – It’s been nearly two years since the results started rolling in from the highly disputed 2020 presidential election. Yet, Democrats continue mocking individuals who raise concerns about its legitimacy. Conservative firebrand Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) recently put them in their place, pointing out the sheer hypocrisy of their position.
On September 27, Cruz took the microphone during a Senate Committee on Rules and Administration hearing regarding an updated version of the Electoral Count Reform Act of 2022. The Texas senator accused Democrats of pursuing the measure because of their contempt for former President Donald Trump. He also said lefty Liberals have no problem contesting “elections and presidential electors” when they lose.
Sen. Ted Cruz: “Democrats aren't opposed to objecting to elections and presidential electors. We know that because Democrats objected in 1969. And then they objected again in 2001. Then they objected again in 2005. And then they objected again in 2017.” pic.twitter.com/pnh9H7Y46r

Americans know this, according to Cruz, because Democrats objected in 1969 [Richard Nixon defeated Humbert Humphrey]. They complained again in 2001 [George W. Bush v. Al Gore], 2005 [Bush v. John Kerry], and 2017 [Trump v. Hillary Clinton].
Never one to be outdone, President Joe Biden recently launched a series of unprovoked verbal assaults on Trump supporters for continuing to question the legitimacy of the 2020 election. For instance, he called the MAGA movement “semi-fascist” in late August. Then, he followed up in September by calling MAGA Republicans a threat to America’s very “foundations.”
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to question the Democrats’ inconsistency regarding election results, does it?
