(RightWing.org) – The United States is facing its worst national health crisis in a hundred years, accompanied by the worst economic collapse since the Great Depression of the 1930s. That means House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and the Democratic-led House of Representatives must have been spending all their time fixing those issues, right?
Wrong. So far in 2021, they have spent all their time passing one single article of impeachment against President Donald Trump and preparing for his upcoming Senate trial.
Furthermore, Pelosi added insult to injury by being less than candid with the American public about the real reason Democrats pursued impeachment. Right before the impeachment vote, Pelosi said Trump presented a “clear and present danger” to this country.

However, Representatives Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Joaquin Castro (D-TX), and Jamie Raskin (D-MD) admitted the real reason for the impeachment during separate weekend interviews. According to them, Democrats hope to bar President Trump from holding public office in the future.
Democrats claim Trump will fade away after leaving office. If that’s the case, why would they need to bar him from running for president in 2024? What are they afraid of? Once again, Democrats seem unable to be honest with the people they claim to represent.
