(RightWing.org) – On Tuesday, March 15, the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts announced the indictment of Boston area Black Lives Matter (BLM) activist Monica Cannon-Grant and her husband Clark Grant on fraud charges. The indictment alleges the Grants defrauded donors, mortgage lending companies, grant issuers, and Massachusetts’ Unemployment Assistance Department. Recent news reports revealed several Democratic leaders have links to the Grants.
On March 23, the Washington Examiner published an expansive exposé detailing the two BLM activists’ connections with leading Democrats at the local and national level during the time frame they allegedly committed their crime spree using their Violence in Boston (VIB) non-profit as cover.

According to the Examiner and Massachusetts-based independent media writer Aidan Kearney, the Democrats reportedly used their platforms and political muscle to legitimize Cannon-Grant and her husband’s illicit activities.
Notable Democrats named in the exposé included former union leader and President Joe Biden’s Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA). Boston’s Democratic Mayor Michelle Wu rounded out the list of known associates of the BLM activists.
I joined @ViolenceNBoston this week for a powerful discussion with community leaders & loved ones of Eric Garner, Andrew Kearse, Stephon Clark, & other Black men & women who died at the hands of police. This is where I’d like to start for real accountability & change: pic.twitter.com/PI8yQ4FVxt
