(RightWing.org) – In 2010, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) famously said if you want to know what’s in the bill (Obamacare), we have to pass the bill. It outraged America. The line was used against Democrats to help sweep the House and Senate for Republicans. It seems presidential nominee Joe Biden didn’t learn from that mistake. Intense pressure is building for him to say whether he agrees with packing the court or not if he wins in November.
This question should continue to be asked until Biden commits one way or another. A decision of this magnitude altering the course of the third branch of government forever cannot be just shrugged off.
This should lead on the nightly newscasts tonight. It won't. https://t.co/R59nhFBiF2

On Thursday, October 8, Biden said America will find out his position after the election. That means America has to elect him to find out where he stands. It makes one wonder, is stacking the court a “yes” for him?
Last fall, all the candidates in the Democratic Party agreed to stack the court. Except for Biden. Last month, the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg thrust the issue front and center. President Trump nominated conservative Amy Coney Barrett, and with only weeks to go before the election, she is expected to be confirmed by the Republican-led Senate.
Will Biden’s statement be mocked like Pelosi’s in 2010?
Will America accept Biden’s non-answer?
The election is less than one month away. Stay tuned!
