Biden Admin Saves Illegal Accused of Killing Teen Girl

(RightWing.org) – President Joe Biden’s permissive approach to border security and immigration policy has led to an unprecedented number of border encounters in recent months. Making matters worse, his administration appears hell-bent on offering aid to illegals accused of committing horrendous crimes on American soil, most recently saving a migrant who killed a teenage girl in a Houston traffic accident.

Illegal migrant Heriberto Fuerte-Padilla killed Adrienne Sophia Exum in November 2020 when he drove into her car with his Dodge pickup truck. The collision’s impact ejected the 19-year-old girl from her Mazda 3, and she subsequently died at the scene. Law enforcement officials said Fuerte-Padilla was intoxicated at the time of the accident.

Trump administration officials slated Fuerte-Padilla for deportation once Texas legal authorities finished punishing him for his crime. However, as it turns out, Fuerte-Padilla doesn’t qualify for eviction from the US under a new set of immigration enforcement priorities issued by President Joe Biden’s new Homeland Security head, Alejandro Mayorkas, in September 2021.

On Sunday, January 30, news outlets reported officials from the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency advised Texas officials they were canceling deportation requests for detainees unless they posed a national security or public safety risk.

What do you think? Does killing an innocent teenager while driving drunk constitute a risk to public safety? It appears Mayorkas doesn’t.
