(RightWing.org) – The backlash against Fox News and its election coverage of President Donald Trump isn’t anything new. For instance, anchor Chris Wallace’s moderation of the first 2020 debate rubbed many watchers the wrong way. However, the network’s 2020 election night coverage could be the last straw for many viewers.
A significant contention point is Fox News calling Arizona for Joe Biden at about 11:20 pm Eastern on election night, November 3. Fox made the call with only 73% of the state’s ballots counted.

The Trump campaign pushed back issuing a press release calling Fox News’ election desk director Arnon Mishkin a “Clinton-voting, Biden-donating Democrat.”
Conservative media outlets like Breitbart News posted articles discussing outrage at Fox’s coverage of the election, as did mainstream organizations like the Associated Press. On November 9, CNN reported Fox’s election night projection in Arizona was “looking worse and worse,” considering Biden’s shrinking lead in the state.
It’s no small wonder many supporters of the president consider Fox’s election coverage a betrayal.
